Health and Welfare Consultant
Leading technology-enabled consulting firm providing H+W and global benefit advice and support services to Fortune 500 and other large employers seeks a Health and Welfare Consultant.
Responsibilities include assisting sales team and selling process; support underwriting, budgeting and rate setting activities for self-funded clients; assist in the development and maintenance of H+W financial management tools.
The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years large employer consulting experience. Prior medical underwriting training or background. Experience working with data warehouse vendors. Ability to develop financial reporting and modeling using MS Excel and MS Access.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will include Salary plus Bonus.
